While Alchemy does not directly bill/accept insurance, we are happy to provide you with visit documentation you may need to submit to your insurance company.

To qualify for GLP 1 medications, individuals must meet the following criteria:
No history of eating disorders, including binge eating, emotional eating, anorexia, or bulimia
No personal or family history of thyroid cancer
No personal or family history of Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2)
No history of diabetic retinopathy
Not currently taking any other form of weight loss medicine
Must be 18 years of age or older
Not pregnant or breastfeeding

Some individuals may require special medical clearance. You may not be a candidate for Semaglutide if you have:
A history of pancreatitis
Kidney disease or kidney insufficiency
Stomach or gastrointestinal disorders
Diabetes (must be cleared by an endocrinologist)
Gallbladder disease
